Called cox's told me to come in. When I arrived my bike was immediately taken in back for system check. Not only was the team there quick to respond but super friendly. I can say enough about how great me and my guests with me were treated. I think this is one of the best dealerships I have been too. I travel to many but I would definitely come back here. Today I was at the dealership and spoke with Mike, (Service Advisor). I discussed with him a problem I am experiencing with my '08 Super Glide with my idol speed. In particular with the recent change brought about with cooling temps I discovered a problem with my engine killing when coming to a stop at a traffic light. Mike was able to properly diagnosis my problem simply by listening to my explanation. He explained to me how the probable source of this problem is no doubt a dysfunctional or bad sensor. I continue to be impressed with the knowledge and skill level of not only Mike, but also with Steven, who in the recent past when I paid a visit to have my '08 Super Glide serviced, made me feel comfortable and right at home. Also quite often when I visit the dealership I also enjoy greeting and talking with the sales ladies as I browse around!

So one Saturday afternoon after normal business hours I stop by to take a peek through the window at the inventory. While observing the inventory I was spotted by Joe the general sales manager and Scott a sales associate and was invited in to look around. At the time I had no intentions on buying or purchasing but was just window shopping. I had in mind the bike I want; partly based on affordability but after being given such a good deal I purchased the Special model I really wanted over the entry-level model. I made a purchase that I didnt think I would be able to afford because of such a great deal. Thanks to Joe and Scott I may be a lifetime customer to Coxs Harley Davidson.

Once I made a personal contact at COX'S Harley Davidson facility, is when the fun started. Bruce Eanes sales associate started showing me some really nice rides until he found the bike I wanted. Bruce worked hard to be sure the bike fit me and me it. He introduced me to Joe the sales manager and together, they worked out a good deal for me. All the ladies in accessories and apparel were so friendly and helpful as well and I never felt pushed or rushed, just helped. The folks at Cox's HD are not just like family they want you be their family. All the way to the purchase and then Jarred the finance manager worked out the financing to fit me.. This was a good experience for me and as Joe said this was going to be a smooth experience and he was right. Thanks to all for making me feel special. When they say " if you need us or have questions, call them or come in and they will help, " I know that part works too. I've always been a passenger and never a driver but I've always wanted to learn how to ride myself. Found the perfect bike which is a 2011 Sportster. I'm very short and my husband encouraged me to see if I could sit on it and hold it up. I could ! That set me on fire to own my own bike ! Special thanks to the staff at Cox Harley Davidson Rock Hill. I just purchased a 2017 Street Glide and the sales staff was great. Trace found the bike I was looking for and both Bart and Joe helped getting the paperwork complete. Amy is the parts department was great I wanted to make some changes on the lighting and wasn't sure what I needed. Amy answered all my questions and presented me with options and the all the information needed to make the right choice. Service department did a great job getting everything put on the bike before picking it up. The staff at Cox Harley Davidson are a wonderful group of people to deal with. Trace and Bart were able to take a bad Experience I had with another dealer and turn it into a positive experience. I drove 2 hours one way to do business with the Cox's and would do it again. Great Customer Service Experience!While traveling through South Carolina on I-77 South on vacation, I experienced a "pinch flat" which occurred after having a new tire, inner tube and rim band replaced from a Harley Davidson dealer in Morgantown WV. After my bike was towed to Cox's Rock Hill dealership, I met with them the next morning.Since I was a "traveler", the Service Advisor was kind enough to get my bike into their service area early for repair. As there was no actual damage to the tire, the tube and rim band were replaced. In about an hour, service was completed and I was back on the road! 1,100 miles later, and NO PINCH FLAT! Imagine that...They also have one of the best selections I've seen of reasonably priced Harley Davidson clothing and HD motorcycle accessories!

It was brought to my attention a few weeks ago that my friend had called Cox's from the side of the road because his battery had died. He asked for someone to bring a battery since he could not get to the store. After he called and talked to the service department, he was told he could not receive any help. Tyler Register took his lunch break early, and delivered the battery in person to my friend. Tyler made sure he was back on the road in no time! I think he should be recognized for him going above and beyond in his customer service! We appreciate you Tyler!

New 2017 Road Glide Special Purchase
I just wanted to take some time to give a shout out to Trace, Bart, Joe, and the entire Cox's team for the SUPERIOR sales and service I received when purchasing my new Road Glide Special. I brought my 2014 Street Glide Special ( also purchased from them) in on a trade. Trace really took the time to understand my concerns between moving to the Road Glide and even took my out for a test ride and explained all the differences between my Street Glide Special and the new Road Glide Special. From the new 107 engine to the transmission to the entire design, Trace expertly explained it all to me and made sure to address all of my questions. Sept 21 I was passing through your area on a trip when I had loss of power. I stopped and called your service dept. I explained my problem and requested a pick-up. Quickly I was picked up and carried to the service area. My bike was promptly loaded onto a service rack and a problem found. The mechanic explained the findings and what he needed to do. Within a couple hours of calling this dealership about my breakdown I was on the road again!
Coxs' HD should be very proud of their staff for the quick response and repair of a rider's bike while on a trip!

Sold my 2013 Anniversary Super Glide Custom and wanted a 2016 silver and black Fatboy. Every dealer I called said that color Fatboy can not be had. I called Cox and spoke to Trace who said that he could order the bike and that it would take about 3 months to get in. No other dealer even suggested ordering it they just told me forget about that color. The bike arrived early and the service dept. did amazing job of putting all the accessories on the bike before i picked it up. Not only is Cox the only dealer who said that they could get the bike, they beat everybody's price by far. Trace was amazing and so was the whole experience at Cox. They have me sold. Sorry forgot to mention how great Shawn the parts manager was. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy.

I bought my SG from Cox in 2012. What I like about the dealership is the friendliness of the staff. I walk in and folks remember me, even my name. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions.I recently had a recurring problem with the security system/fob on my bike. The service manager, Rich kept me fully informed of the progress as well as the repair.When I go to the shop, I don't feel alienated nor rushed to buy anything. This is not the norm at most HD shops. This shop will always get my business.

I met Scott Bass the salesman who I must say is absolutely fantastic and I went ahead and bought a tshirt. Got in the truck and left and did not get 20 miles down the road and I was calling Scott to work a deal on the bike. After about 3 phone calls back and forth and about 80 miles later I told him SOLD. I dropped off my load and went and got my next load then drove 120 miles back to SC got 5 hrs sleep then my girlfriend and I drove her car 2 hrs to NC sign the papers and I now own a absolutely beautiful screaming eagle. I recently purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson Sportster Custom (XLC) from Cox's Harley Davidson in Rock Hill. My first Harley purchase was in 1988 and have owned a half dozen BMW twins since then. I came into the dealership just to see what Harley had to offer after my brother sent me a text of the Street Glide that he just purchased. I very impressed with the quality of the bikes being produced by the motor company. The technology that Harley has engineered into their bikes now rival the best in the world and the styling is truly American! I never felt pressured and the entire experience was truly a pleasure! Joe in Sales, Jamie in Finance and all the staff in Parts, Clothing, and Service welcomed us and made us feel at home. It was the best experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle of any type. I recently purchased a 2013 super glide Anniversary edition (Sorry from Columbia due to convenience) and decided to make a trip to Cox's Harley of Rock Hill. Upon arrival I noticed that I forgot my wallet at home. Well while I was there I thought I would go in and look for items not available in Columbia. When I entered Trace VanGorden greeted me and I responded that I forgot my wallet, he responded where are you coming from and I said Columbia. His immediate response was if you need money for gas I will gladly help you out. I was in awe.... Wow I just walked in and this guy was willing to help me.. He didn't even know me. I could of been some crack head from the street. I am glad people are still like this and his act of kindness will not be forgotten. I went back out to check how much fuel I had left and the gauge said 129 miles. So I knew there was enough. What is great though is this guy had my back. (How Awesome). Your dealership just got a new customer. Also I want thank the beautiful blond (sorry forgot her name)for helping me look for the items I was concerned with. She was super friendly and knowledgeable on all items that I will be purchasing in the near future form your store. I have lead numerous Soldiers and know good leaders (Managers make a difference) on how a operation runs. Kudos to you and your staff..

Went to Cox H/D to look at bikes and was greeted as soon as i walked in by Bart,he asked what i was looking for and walked me around telling me about each bike that i was intrested in. He then offered me a test ride on a new Electra-glide ultra limited(6 miles on it). Most Places wont hardly let you sit on one much less ride one. Rode it, came back with my wife rode it again. Met with Trace, talked about our options,came back the next day rode a 2009 Electra-glide ultra (10,000 miles on it.) Decided on it bought it. My hats off to Bart,Trace, Jamie in finance and the rest of the staff. Top notch people , they treat you well and no pressure to purchase. I was treated with patience and courtesy by Josh Hollandsworth and every question I asked was answered for me. The staff's enthusiasm for riding and Harley Davidson's made me feel welcome to joining in the fun. The whole process was awesome and I was treated, then and now, most excellently. If I called with a question after my purchase, the question was answered. When I need service or parts the staff know how to get it done for me. These people have become friends: Scott, Kenny, Josh and Sharon. I am glad to see them each time I go to Cox's and they know my bike as well (or better) than they know me!! I always recommend Cox's to anyone I hear talking about getting a bike. I recently purchased an 07 Fatboy from your dealership. From the Salesman to the Service Dept. the experience was exceptional. A few days ago, the ECM on my bike failed and your Service Dept traveled 60 miles to my residence in Cowpens, SC to pick up the bike effecting repairs and delivering back to my home the following day. I have purchased several motorcycles and this is my third Harley-Davidson and I have never received this kind of service from any dealer or an after service shop. Your Staff should be commended as an example in Customer Service. Even though I am 60 miles away Cox's Harley Davidson in Rock Hill, SC will always be my dealer of choice. I am a proud owner of a 2008 CVO springer softail I purchased last September from Cox. The HD motor company during the manufacture of my bike made a fabrication error which required the replacement of my frame and various sheet metal parts. I just wanted to say thanks to the entire Service Department and especially Melissa at the service desk and Bruce the shop foreman. Bruce rebuilt the engine top and bottom on my 1997 Heritage. He took it completely apart and put it all back together and was very helpful recommending some high performance parts also. Bike runs great and has no oil leaks at all. I recommend Cox's Service Department to every Harley owner I know. Even the ones that live in Gastonia and Charlotte. Just purchased an 08 FXDL. On my initial store visit, Trace helped me to pinpoint the specific model I wanted. After mulling over the initial quote and a little "horse trading" over the phone, a deal was agreed upon. It took me a little time to get a day off to come up and pick up the bike but all went well today. Jamie handled the wrap up today since Trace was off and was very thorough in getting everything squared away. Shawn, Melissa and Laura helped to get some accessories I had requested and they were installed before pickup. And Melissa wrapped it all up nicely. I came in a few weeks ago looking for info on adding different pipes to my motorcycle. I first spoke with Amy Brantley and just wanted to say just how great it was to work with her. She was very informative, very knowledgeable, and gave me all of my options (not just the most expensive ones like most sales people do) and in these tough times I appreciated that. After the work was complete I had the privilege to deal with Melissa Littlejohn and Jerod Mumford. They were very helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I was told that during the work I was having done there were a couple of other minor problems the mechanic had found and the took care of it. When I came and picked up my motorcycle I ran into a problem myself. Jerod and 2 mechanics didn't hesitate to help me out. Overall I am extremly satisfied with the way I was treated throughout the whole process and I will not hesitate to do any business I have with your store.

The last time I had been on a motorcycle was almost (40) years ago (as a passenger), though I have been thinking about one for the past several years. I decided to check them out and a friend recommended Cox's where he had gotten his Road King. I met Reggie and after sharing my lack of experience, he recommended the Rider'sEdge course (do it, it helped me feel confident and prepared me for riding). Reggie was on vacation, so I started talking with Jamie. Jamie was fantastic. He worked out the deal, the financing, upgraded parts, etc. He made the experience comfortable and at no time did anyone pressure me. The entire staff, in all departments, are friendly and willing to help. Oh yeah, I picked up my new 2009 Fat Boy on 7/25/09 and I love it. (If Bill gives you your new owners orientation, pay attention, he is very detailed.)

Melissa, the service writer is a joy to work with. She explained what was to be done and gave me an estimated cost. She made sure I understood what was happening. Kip, the tech, did an excellent job and made my clutch release easier. My bike was back as promised. Shaun in parts, the tall guy, I have dealt with a few years as I was keeping an older bike running. He knows his stuff !!! I was looking at a rain suit and the motorclothes sales person ( I didn;t remember her name but she is smoking hot !) came over and answered my questions and advised me on availability of one of the rain suits..Cox's is a motorcycle shop where the staff knows you and are interested in you and your bike. Their customer service is awesome. I won't go anywhere else

I had a real good experience with the purchase of my 1200 custom sportster. I drove all the way from Blacksburg S.C., about 50 miles), to make this deal. Archie is a great person and will take any offer you make to the sales manager and go to bat for you. The sales manager, Jamie was also great. They both are christian men and are not out to get you. They know that if they try to get over on you that they will have to pay for it in the long run. It was a pleasure doing buisness with these guys at Cox's. I hope that we can keep my feelings about them now and carry them into the future when I return ithe bike for service? I am sure that these guys will honor what they tell you. I purchased a used, 07 Streetbob in Jan 2010, I did not really get to ride the bike much until May, at which time I started noticing a somewhat unsusual problem. Cox's HD stepped up to the plate and fixed the bike for free even though they were under no legal obligation to do so, They did it because they felt it was the right thing to do.It would have cost me in excess of $1400.00 if I would have had to pay for it out of my own pocket! First Class all the way around, there is no other way to put it! This is a dealership you can trust and belive in!

Hey my fellow bikers. I've been riding Harleys sence 1981. Purchased my first bike 1979 Superglide from Dougs HD. My second 1992 Ultra Classic and third 2003 Ultra Classic from Click (bless his soul) and Dianne at Carolina HD in Gastonia. Then I needed some repair work done after an accident on my 2003 Ultra took it over to the HD shop off of I-20 and they made a mess. I knew then I was gone make Cox HD of Rock Hill my Dealer of choice from now on. The folks a great people and very friendly. I will never buy anything else from another dealer. Cox has my buiness and I will ride past the HD shop on I-20 and take I-77 to Rock Hill and buy what I need from the friendly folks at Cox HD in Rock Hill from now on. Ride Safe! I had to take my 2008 Softail Custom to Rock Hill since Carolina HD in Gastonia closed down. I found Maureeen to be very knowlegeable and extremely customer oriented. I contacted Cox's HD, along with four other HD dealerships to R/R the rear tire on my '08 FLSTC. I was quoted a price by David in the Service Dept.. Out of the five HD dealerships I contacted Cox's HD was one of two to answer my request and Cox.s HD beat the other guy by 60 dollars! It was a pleasure to deal with Charlie, Maureen, and David. I have to say I read all the reviews and I can't figure out some. Sean was my salesman and Joe was the finance guy and they were great. My wife and I looked at several bikes sat on many after that we spoke with Sean told him what we were interested in and not one time did he ask about money not one time did he pressure us in to look at something bigger or more expensive All he said was if y'all have any questions please ask. My wife and I are very familiar with motorcycles so we only had a couple of questions. When it came time to purchase the bike I said this is what I have and this is what I will pay Sean said let me get with Joe and not only did we get what we wanted but for less than we hoped. Our family appreciation extends to all of the people we have talked to at Coxs from the lady at the parts department who helped me make a decision on speaker and the girls at the apparel shop are wonderful.
